Agustín has been with the Firm since 2010, representing clients in litigation matters and creditor/debtor controversies. His practice areas include:
- Civil Litigation (including breach of contract, business disputes, foreclosure defense, loan workouts and collections)
- Business Transactions (including entity formation and real estate transactions)
- Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
Agustín received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2010, where he graduated cum laude. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and Anthropology from Michigan State University in 2005. While attending Michigan State, Agustín interned for State Representative Belda Garza (8th District – Detroit), assisting with constituent matters and programs.
